END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
FOR THIS SOFTWARE

ShurikSoft Team exclusively owns all copyrights to
MXP Lister exclude graphics elements which is copyrighted by Macromedia Inc.
MXP Lister is a shareware. If you intend to use MXP Lister,
more than 30 days you MUST register your copy.
If you intend to commercial or educational
use of MXP Lister, you MUST register your copy. Once registered,
you are granted a non-exclusive license to use MXP Lister
on one computer at a time. The registered MXP Lister
software may not be rented, leased or transferred.

The user who purchases receives several benefits:
- The REGISTERED full version of MXP Lister and ALL future versions.
- Technical support by Email or ICQ. You can get help with any
questions or problems you encounter in using MXP Lister.
- No nag screens or any unregistered notifications.
- Using all advanced features of MXP Lister.
- The satisfaction of knowing that you are supporting the development of
good, affordable software.

MXP Lister unregistered shareware may be freely distributed provided
the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a
fee for the distribution of MXP Lister without written permission
from the copyright holder.

MXP Lister is distributed "AS IS" and you assume full responsibility
for determining the suitability of MXP Lister and for results
obtained.

Author make no warranty that all errors have been or can be eliminated from
MXP Lister software and, with respect thereto, author shall not be
responsible for losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind resulting
from using or misusing MXP Lister including without limitation, any
liability for business expenses, machine downtime, damages experienced by
you or any third person as a result of any deficiency, defect, bug, error
or malfunction. Author shall not be liable for any indirect, special,
incidental, or consequential damages relating to or arising out of the
subject matter of this Agreement or actions taken there under.

NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE MXP Lister
AT YOUR OWN RISK. MXP Lister DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NOBODY WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES AND
LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS
SOFTWARE.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
decompose, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided
for in this agreement.

Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic
termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil

The terms of this license, as well as the MXP Lister features and
interface designs are subjects of changes in future versions of
MXP Lister. Installing and/or using MXP Lister signifies
acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license, you must remove
MXP Lister files from your storage devices and cease to use the
product.
